The detailed system of configuration rights can most effectively allocate rights between groups of users: your clarify will have access only to his "desktop", and teachers are able to create and run the student tests, but, they will not have access to edit the list of disciplines. The Academy system default has several user groups and they are logically logged out from their job right, but you can always adjust the rights according to your needs.

Built-in test system allows you to:

• create tests with a convenient and easy to use implementer. You can choose the number of questions and variants of responses to each of them, assign points for correct answer and at any time remove unnecessary variants or add others;
• bind a created test to a certain discipline, set the time period during which the student will need to pass a test, and choose the type of testing (credit or training);
• conduct testing on-line;
• view and store the results of all tests passed in the archive.
   

The personal card contains detailed information about students or teachers: personal data, status, payment information, fixed disciplines, academic debts, etc. Besides the obvious benefits - easy access to information, it will allow to sort easily, for example, students to expel, or employees who did not pass the competition for filling vacancies of teachers.
The payment system provides payment control for the education of students: you can view information about the payments made by each of them for a certain period of time, correct or include information about payments.

You can easily view information about a certain student's payment details, all disciplines, which a certain teacher leads, and a list of "Excellent" students, etc.
