Cloud CRM is a CRM system, which will be located on the server in Internet. To use this service a customer will not need to buy expensive equipment, since the system is leased for a monthly payment. The system is designed for customer relationship management and organization of effective functioning of an enterprise. Customers can connect with this system by concluding a contract with IT Source.
Cloud CRM performs the functions described below.
- General functions:
- maintains a common base of customers;
- keeps a history of cooperations with clients;
- keeps an archive of documentation;
- Marketing objectives:
- analyzes the sources of incoming requests;
- analyzes recurring purchases;
- analyzes purchases of various characteristics (type of goods, the region of the order, delivery terms, etc.);
- analyzes sales structure and effectiveness of its stages;
- analyzes the feedback, complaints and refusals of products;
- Sales management:
- allocates customers among managers;
- oversees the work with clients;
- provides group and individual work planning with customers.
Cloud CRM consists of such modules:
- Statistics. Contains data of the number of sales, customers, etc;
- Finance. Contains information about the movement of funds in the company, can keep tracks of multiple accounts / cashiers and support various currencies;
- Sales. Intended for recording different documents. Module includes the opportunity to customize the printed forms;
- Contacts. Includes various subsections. The module allows you to keep track of customers who place orders in your organization, and also contains the history of relationships with customers (phone calls, correspondence, etc.);
- Tasks. Allows you to assign tasks, monitor their implementation. Tasks can be tied to the objects of the system;
- Human Resources. Accounting for employees of the organization;
- Reports. Includes reports for above pointed out modules for convenience of documentation reviewing by top management of the company.
